Most people who join our programs are aged between 17-25 and are contributing their time and energy as an expedition or Gap Year volunteer.
To ensure safe and impactful delivery of our programs we also need volunteer managers and leaders to lead and support our programs. We have a variety of roles available depending on your age and experience.
